New Linky! Pinspired #1

I was thinking the other day of how many ideas I have found (and used) via Pinterest and then thought about having a place to reference these pins and share them at the same time!  So the idea of this linky was born.

Feel free to link up any ideas that you are planning on doing this upcoming week that you found via Pinterest.  It can be an activity that you are doing with your kids, a project that you were inspired to do because of a pin, an idea that you plan on implementing, classroom decor, classroom management etc...  Please include a link to your direct source on your post :)

To start up this linky, I am giving away a $25 gift card to Applebees to one of the entries:)

Here is the idea I found:
Source:Finally In First
Source: Mrs. Jump's Class
These are portraits that my kids are going to create on the 100th day of school (on Tuesday for us).  I ran across this idea on several blogs and it looks like the original idea generated from Deanna Jump who happens to include the templates for this craftivity in her 100th Day Math and Literacy Fun! Lots of goodies in this file!

My kids will also be writing about what it will be like when they are 100 years old!  I can't wait to see what they are going to say...

Ok, so now it's your turn to link up your Pinterest Inspired ideas right here and be sure to grab this image below to include in your post.

Update 1/27/13: Congrats to Brenda!  I will be contacting you shortly for your address.

  1. Great idea for a linky! My teamie did those 100 year old self-portraits last year & they were so stinkin' cute!
