So my school year is about to begin in three weeks! It's crunch time!
This week I made my new clip chart. I'm really into the solid brights look combined with some rainbow chevron and rainbow polka dot. I tied my clip chart together with some twine, but I'm thinking of attaching them with book rings instead. I can't make up my mind!
As you may know, I'm a huge Melonheadz fan so I couldn't wait to use some of my new kidlette clip art! Just looking at them makes me smile.
I also made some reward notes to send home with my kids so that their parents know how they did for the day. They love getting these little rewards!
These are included in the following set :

It might work to just glue your cards straight onto the ribbon! I always love your bright Melonheadz stuff. I love my binder stuff that I picked up from you last summer! Glad you had a great time in Vegas!

I agree Alison! I used the E6000 glue and it lasted all year.
DeleteThese decisions are always so hard to make :-) I've always used ribbon for my clip charts, I was thinking of going a different route this year, but I may go back ;-) so happy those binders helped you! Did you pick up the update a did a few weeks back? Make sure you do because I packed many more designs into it.
DeleteStephanie, I've never used E6000 but hear it's pretty amazing! I've always used regular hot glue and switch over to hot temperature hot glue if I need extra holding power.
DeleteYour clip chart is so adorable!

Than you Stephanie!
DeleteThis might be the cutest clip chart I have ever seen! I connected mine with something similar to book rings and it has held up for several years! I think thats your best option!

Tiffany, thank you! I wish we could have met in Vegas! Maybe next time?
DeleteI love the colors of this clip chart. I tried using a clip chart last year with my kinders but I sucked at the consistency but I do love this one it makes me want to incorporate it back into the classroom.. :)

fslkdjskdjf YOU ARE SO TALENTED. I love how bright and awesome your stuff is. Sadly we don't use that in 6th grade or would have downloaded that immediately haha

I know this is an old blog post, but I'm hoping you'll read my comment anyway :) I love this clip chart and use it daily!
ReplyDeleteDo you happen to have the notes home for the yellow, orange, and red categories? I love sending home positive notes but need the notes for the others as well. Thanks so much!
